Aprile Hearn has been involved with community engagement and public service for over two decades in district 5. She lives, works, worships, and raised her family within the district. As a democratic socialist, Aprile is dedicated to fighting for the working class and the unseen in our community.
Together with the residents of district 5, Aprile will lead the community to reduce harm, improve the health of our neighborhoods, and elevate quality of life for working class people. Aprile has learned through personal experience what it takes to find solutions, navigate roadblocks, and get things done.
